Alice is an NGO worker who meets an individual named Wallace who would benefit from understanding and applying tried and true principles of international development. Wallace is initially resistant, but gradually warms up to the idea of how he and his community can rise above the poverty line. He has lots of questions, and Alice gladly walks him through the process, as well as informally in front of his community.
